I "Used" To Have A Life Tag

The "I Have" Tag
Star the ones you've done:
1. *Started your own blog: Last May. The day I became addicted.
2. Slept under the stars: Camping is not my thing.
3. *Played in a band: If you count elementary school. I played the clarinet.
4. *Visited Hawaii: I was 12. It was the best vacation ever because my mom was in charge. We actually stayed put for 4 days. When my dad plans vacation we have a spreadsheet. Nuf' said.
5. Watched a meteor shower:
6. *Given more than you can afford to charity: Paul always gets after me for giving to every charity that comes a-knockn'. I say he is a Scrouge!
7. *Been to Disneyland: The last time was when I was 6 years old. Don't tell our kids. We are too poor to take them anytime soon:)
8. Climbed a mountain:
9. Held a praying mantis:
10. Sang a solo:
11. Bungee jumped
12. *Visited Paris: We went when I was 14. My dad was in heaven trying to use all of his college level French.
13. Watched a lightning storm at sea:
14. Taught yourself an art from scratch:
15. *Adopted a child: We adopted Brook on September 25, 2006.
16. *Had food poisoning: I'm sure I have. Who hasn't?
17. *Walked to the top of the Statue of Liberty: My Aunt Beth and Uncle Steve used to live in NYC, so we got to do lots of cool things while we were visiting them.
18. Grown your own vegetables: I have a brown thumb. Seriously!
19. *Seen the Mona Lisa in France:
20. *Slept overnight on a train: Best night of sleep of my life. We were going from Warsaw, Poland to St. Petersburg, Russia. We were so exhausted from our travels in Poland that we slept the entire time we were on the train. The only bad thing about it was the nasty bathrooms. My travel mates were awfully glad that I had brought 4 rolls of toilet paper and some wet wipes. That will teach them to make fun of me and my preparedness!
21. *Had a pillow fight:
22. Hitch hiked
23. Taken a sick day when you're not ill: Not that I can remember. I even missed my best friend's wedding because I didn't have any personal days left. Honest to a fault I guess.

25. Held a lamb
26. Gone skinny dipping: This body wasn't meant to see the light of day or be free.

38. *Seen the Leaning Tower of Pisa in person: Same trip when I was 14. My dad jokes that I read myself through Europe. Honestly, what would you do when you were locked in a little car for 2 weeks straight because your dad had to hit 4 countries that were listed on his up to the minute spreadsheet?

60. *Served at a soup kitchen
61. *Sold Girl Scout Cookies: I was a Girl Scout for 6 years and a Girl Scout leader for 3 years.

Nice tag...yeah I've been on those Russian train rides. Those bathrooms are DISGUSTING! Those drunk Russians sure can do a number in bathrooms. =)

How come half of these have to do with going to Europe? I would suck at this tag because I haven't been there, no fair...by the way, are you in the process of doing another quilt (#72) or did you cheat and count the one for the ward thing? I would have done the same thing...even though I'm not doing the ward one now!

I have one that I started when Natalie was in the womb. I haven't finished it yet. I don't know if I am doing the ward one either. I have to go look at fabric and see if it is cost effective.
