What a day!

Well, I finally finished substitute teaching today.  I was so glad to walk out of that room.  It was a hard class and the room was a disaster.  The teacher that I replaced is disorganized to say the least.  I had to pack it all up and move it to one side of the room.  I wouldn't have minded if the teacher I did this for was my friend, or had had enough respect to ask me to do it for her instead of telling me to do it.  She is socially retarded to everyone and was perfectly fine to come back to work (she had knee surgery 2 months ago).  She walks perfectly fine and has no limp.  There have even been reports that she has been out raking her lawn.  She was also well enough to come back 2 weeks ago for her birthday to have lunch with everyone.  Everyone turned out to be 2 people.  We were all suddenly busy.  Anyway, I'm over it now.  Good luck finding you stuff next year.  I packed it up just the way I found it.  Disorganized.

I had to teach my little chef's class and science class tonight, too.  It went well, but I just wanted to go home.  It isn't worth the money.  When all is said and done and I pay for gas, I only make 70 dollars for the whole month.  Not worth the hassle and stress.

Just when I thought the night was winding down, Brook comes upstairs at 10:00 p.m. and tells us that her carpet in her room is wet again.  She just noticed it.  What????  I think she needs to stay in her room more.  Especially after we saw how much crap was everywhere in her room.  She had TONS of junk under her bed, dresser, and night stand.  I was so ticked that her room was such a disaster.  We had to clean it up and haul it all out to the rest of the basement.  Then we had to rip up the carpet and pad and haul it up to the garage to dry.  Exhausting.

I don't want any more excitement in my life.  I'm good for now.  I'm sure tomorrow will be better.
